Variance Charts

Inforiver Analytics+ offers a broad range of variance charts. The variance can be displayed in absolute or percentage terms across various charts. This section outlines the steps and options available for configuring variance charts in Inforiver Analytics+.

Variance Chart Configuration

  • Select a Chart Type.

  • Navigate to the Measure tab. Under the Series section, select the required Variance Type. You can choose to display a variance chart, absolute variance, or percentage variance.

Color Configuration in Variance Charts

In Inforiver Analytics+, you can customize the variance charts to visually distinguish between positive and negative variances. To apply variance colors:

  • Navigate to Settings > Canvas.

  • Scroll down to the Variance section and choose the desired colors for Positive Variance and Negative Variance.

Enable the Invert Color toggle to reverse the color mapping for positive and negative variances.
