Reporting

1. Report design

A dedicated Canvas pane now lets you apply canvas-level customizations—such as page size, background color, wallpaper, and themes—all in one place.

1.1. Built-in themes

Styling your dashboards is effortless with Lumel Intelligence. Choose from a collection of ready-made themes and apply them with a single click.

Report creation is faster and efficient with the Copy Format option. Quickly replicate formatting like borders and background color across visuals and shapes.

1.3. Lock aspect ratio

Enable the Lock Aspect Ratio checkbox to maintain the element’s width-to-height proportions during resizing. When enabled, the width and height cannot be adjusted independently - the width and height will scale together.

2.1. View controls and mode selection

We’ve introduced a streamlined interface featuring a new dropdown that lets you switch effortlessly between Reading and Edit views. Additionally, new toggles under the View dropdown allow you to quickly enable or disable key panes such as Bookmarks and Comments for a cleaner, more focused workspace.

2.2. Advanced page management

Group related pages, show or hide them, and quickly search for specific pages—all from the Manage Sheet interface.

2.3. Sync slicers

The Sync Slicer feature lets you replicate filters across multiple report pages. Configure your superfilter once and apply it to selected pages from the visible list. You can also mirror slicer selections across selected pages in the sync column, ensuring consistent filtering throughout your report.

2.4. Drill through

The Drill through feature lets users navigate from a high-level summary report to the underlying detailed data. Users will not need to switch between multiple reports, they can easily access summarized and detailed data from within the same report.

3. Data export

  • Export visual data as CSV: Effortlessly download the underlying data behind any visual in CSV format for deeper analysis, data reuse, or audit purposes.

  • Export to PDF/PNG in reading view: Export your visuals, like charts and tables, to high-resolution PDF/PNG format files. The visuals can be shared with audiences lacking platform access or requiring offline availability.
