3.8. Display settings for charts

Analytics+ allows report authors to customize every element of the report. Click on the gear icon in the Actions section of the toolbar to open display settings.

Display settings

Display settings can vary based on the type of chart.

There are 5 main customization tabs:

• Canvas: Use this tab to set the theme, assign chart colors, customize the variance, or change the font for the entire report. Learn more about canvas settings.

• Axis: Tailor the x-axis and the primary and secondary Y-axes - show or hide the axis, set the padding between categories, and customize the title and labels. Learn more about axis settings.

• Number: Apply number formatting customizations from this tab - set the scaling, precision, decimal/thousand separators, and define null handling. You can also define number formatting for each measure individually from this tab. Learn more about number settings.

• Legend: Configure the options related to legends such as title, alignment, and font. Learn more about legend settings.
