5.5. Formatting data

Inforiver provides a variety of options to tailor your data table. Let's explore them.

1. Changing the font and style

You can customize how your data is displayed using the options in the Style section. To change the appearance of a particular column, row, or cell - select it, then apply formatting. You can emphasize specific data points using these options.

2. Showing or hiding measures

Select the measure and click on the hide icon to remove it from the table. You can display hidden measures again from the Measure Series configuration, which we'll discuss in upcoming sections.

3. Arranging data

You can use the fit mode options to arrange your data according to the content, according to the canvas, or fit the maximum possible data in the available space.

The Fit mode options will be applicable only if Trellis layout>Responsive Grid is enabled.

4. Changing the padding

You can increase or decrease the padding between rows.

5. Changing the alignment

You can change the horizontal and vertical alignment of the content within a cell. Select a cell or column to enable the alignment buttons.
