# LOG

The LOG function returns the logarithm of a number to the base specified.

### Arguments <a href="#arguments" id="arguments"></a>

value - The positive real number for which you want the logarithm. This is a required argument.

base - The base of the logarithm. This is a required argument.

log(COLUMN1, 10)
```

Returns the Log to the base 10 of COLUMN1
