Support for User ID input in Person-type Columns

For Person-type input columns, we now support adding user IDs without displaying domain names.

User ID input support for Person-type columns

The difference between adding the Name and the User ID is that 'Name' displays the full name of the person as available in Azure AD, whereas 'User ID' displays the username part of their email address.
