Quick Mode

The Quick Mode feature provides users with an easy way to access filter type options for the data added to the visual. The following filter modes are available:

  • Date Slider

  • Calendar Filter

  • Date Range

  • Calendar Heatmap

  • Multi-Date Range

  • Preset Filter

  • Facet Filter

  • Hierarchy Filter

  • Tree Map

  • Measure Filter

  • Mass Filter

  • Play Axis

  • Search Bar

  • Preset Bar

How to use Quick Mode

  1. The Quick Mode icon appears in the bottom left corner of the visual, represented by a plus (+) icon.

  2. Clicking this icon displays all the filter types applicable to the data in the visual.

  3. When a specific filter type is selected, the visual automatically switches to that filter type, reducing the steps required for configuration.

Format Pane Options:

  1. A Separate section is shown in the format pane as "Quick Mode".

  2. Enable "Show Quick Mode" to display Quick mode icon in the visual.
