a. Slider Label

circle-check

The slider label settings allow users to control how selected date values are displayed in the slider. Two options are available: Fixed Label and Label Inside Marker. These options can be toggled based on preference, but only one can be active at a time.

Fixed Label

When Fixed Label is enabled:

  • Non-movable labels appear at the top-left area of the slider, showing the currently selected start and end dates.

  • A calendar icon is displayed beside the labels, allowing users to select dates using a calendar picker.

  • Users can update the date range in two ways:

    1. Typing the desired start and end dates directly in the input boxes.

    2. Adjusting the slider handles to update the date range visually.

  • This option is useful when users want the date range to remain clearly visible outside the slider for reference.

Label Inside Marker (Enabled)

When Label Inside Marker is turned on:

  • The selected date values are displayed inside the slider markers instead of outside.

  • This provides a compact view and improves readability within the slider track.

  • Turning this option on will automatically disable the Fixed Label option to avoid duplication of labels.

  • This mode is best suited when the focus is on working within the slider itself rather than having fixed labels above it.

Label Inside Marker (Disabled)

When Label Inside Marker is turned off and Fixed Label :

  • The selected date values are displayed above the slider in a floating manner, aligned with the slider handles.

  • This ensures that the values move dynamically as the slider handles are adjusted.

  • Users can still see the updated date selections clearly without the values being fixed to one spot.
