b.Month Range
Date mode displays a calendar with a date range selection, allowing users to choose specific dates directly from the visual calendar.
The Month Range view offers the following three date range options:
How to use Month Range Calendar:
Displays a calendar with a date range selection.
Navigate between dates using the arrow icons.
Click on a specific date to select it or type the dates in the display box. The selected range will be highlighted in the calendar and displayed in the display box of calendar.

Example: Let’s say you want to analyze sales for March 2025.
In the calendar, select March as the month range.
The filter will now apply only to March 2025, showing data for that single month.
This is particularly useful when focusing on performance or trends within one specific month.
How to use Multiple Date range:
Click on Enable Multiple Date Range Selection in the format pane.
When enabled, a plus (+) icon appears next to the date range display box.
Use this icon to add multiple date ranges, each highlighted as different color in the calendar and displayed above the calendar.
Click on the dates to set the start range and end range. Click on the date range display box and then type the dates to edit the date range selection.
The format to enter dates in the display box is MM/DD/YY. Other format inputs are not supported.

Example:
Let’s say you want to review campaign performance between February 6–13, 2025 and March 12–19, 2025.
In the calendar, select both date ranges as per the above-mentioned steps.
The filter will now apply to events within these two ranges, allowing you to analyze them together in a single view.
This is especially helpful when comparing non-contiguous periods without switching filters repeatedly.
How to Configure and use Predefined Range Type:
Navigate to the Format Pane section: Date Filter -> Calendar -> Default Selection.
The default option is User Defined, which allows users to manually select the desired date range.
When Predefined is selected, two options become available to configure:
First Day of Selection: Choose the start day of the range using this option. Selecting a specific day ensures that the range always starts from that day. Selections available include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Number of Weeks: Choose the number of weeks for the range using this option. Selections available include One, Two, or Three weeks. When one week is selected, hovering over the dates in the visual will dynamically highlight the range for a week.
Hover over the dates in the calendar to dynamically highlight the predefined default selections made in the Format Pane.
Click on the highlighted range to filter the data based on that selection.
Example:
Let’s say you want the calendar to always highlight a two-week period starting on Monday.
In the Format Pane, set Default Selection → Predefined, choose Monday as the first day, and select Two Weeks.
Now, when you hover over the dates in the calendar, the two-week range starting from each Monday will be dynamically highlighted, and clicking it will filter the data for that period.
This makes it easier to consistently analyze fixed weekly periods without manually selecting dates each time.
This is ideal for analyzing marketing campaign performance over specific weekly intervals.
