Relative Date

The Relative Date Filter dynamically filters data based on a date range relative to today or a specified reference date. It allows users to filter periods such as the "last 3 months," "next 7 days," or "this year," ensuring the data remains up to date without manual adjustments.

How to Enable Relative Date:

1. Navigate to the Format Visual section in the Visualizations Pane.

2. Under the General section in Date Filter, select Relative Date as the Selection Style.

The Default Selection feature allows users to configure predefined selections in the visual, ensuring a consistent starting point for analysis. For relative date filters, users can set below default selections:
