Calendar Heatmap
The Calendar Heatmap provides a visual representation of data values for specific dates using color gradients. It is ideal for analyzing patterns, trends, or anomalies over time.
How to enable Calendar Heatmap
Add a Measure:
Ensure a measure is added to the Others Field in the visualizations pane.
Set Calendar Selection Style:
Navigate to the Date Filter Section in the Format Pane.
Select Calendar as the Selection Style.
Ensure the Calendar Mode is set to Date/Month or Calendar.
Enable Heatmap Option:
The Heatmap option will now appear after Month Single Select.
Click the toggle to enable the heatmap feature.
Configuring the Calendar Heatmap
Once enabled, you can choose up to two colors to represent the data. If only one color is selected, the visual will use shades of that color to represent value variations for the specific dates.
If two colors are selected, the visual will display a gradient between the two colors, reflecting variations in the measure values.
The heatmap automatically adjusts the color intensity based on the measure values for each date, offering clear insights into the data trends.
