The Preset feature allows users to add and manage saved filters as presets within the visual, providing quick and convenient access to predefined filters.
To add Saved Filter as presets, ensure a Conditional Formatting rule is created and the Preset Bar is enabled.
Click the plus (+) icon to open the Preset Selection pop-up.
Inside the pop-up, click the "+Add" icon to include a Conditional Formatting or Saved Filter as a preset.
This action adds the preset list (Conditional Formatting or Saved Filter, depending on what was created first) to be configured.
By default, the first created saved filter will be added to the list.
To select a specific saved filter, click the dropdown list under the Name section and choose the desired saved filter.
The saved filter will appear in the preset list with its type set to Filter.
To add additional saved filters, click the Add+ button again and repeat the configuration process.
Click OK to apply the saved filters to the Preset Bar.
Click Cancel to exit without saving changes or adding new presets.
