Gantt: Days off

Capturing holidays and non-working days is essential for proper planning and resource management. The Days Off feature allows you to highlight designated days of the week and custom dates like holidays. You can apply a fill pattern and set a color to emphasize the non-working days.

Remember to zoom in to the 'days' level to access this feature.

Highlighting off days

1. Weekday

Enable this toggle to assign designated days of the week as off days.

1.1. Days

Select the days that will be marked as off days in your Gantt e.g., Saturday and Sunday. In this example, Thursday has been set as the off-day.

1.2. Color

Customize the color and background pattern that will be used to highlight off days in your Gantt.

Enable this toggle to highlight holidays such as Christmas or New Year in the project plan.

Click on the calendar icon to select the holidays. Your selections will be added to the box below.
