Inforiver Writeback Matrix Nov 2025 - v4.6.6.0

1. Customise your Subject and File name using the new Custom option in Dynamic Subscription

You now have a Custom option to select dimension names, measure names from semantic models, or .csv under the Insert Variable in Subject and File name fields of Dynamic Subscription.

For this, you have to configure the Table from which the Dimension or measure name is to be included using the Table selection option.

The image below shows the configuration of the Destination in Dynamic Subscription.

The 3 steps in Dynamic Table Selection are shown.

Now you can click on the insert variable option next to the Subject and File name fields and select the custom option, which opens the Insert Custom variable pop-up, select the dimension or measure, and click Save.

In the image below, SubCategory is the dimension customised in the Subject and File name fields.

The Latest value of the measures is captured in the measure backup

3. Writeback options - Change in Default option

When you have filters in your report, while doing a writeback, Writeback with Filtered Data is set as the default option, as shown in the image below.

4. A New Show All Filter Context Comments feature

Under the comments panel settings, when the new 'Show all filter context comments in comments panel' checkbox is enabled, then all the comments can be viewed.

The image below displays all the comments.

When 'Show all filter context comments in the comments panel' is disabled, you can view the comments based on your filter context. Only comments appropriate to the applied filter are shown in the Comments panel.

When the region is filtered, then comments related to that particular region are shown in the comments panel, as shown in the image below.

5. Schedule Writeback with Dynamic Filter for On-Prem Users

You can iterate your filter dynamically while scheduling a writeback using the Advanced filter option, where you can specify the workspace, the semantic model, the table name, and the column filter on which the iteration should be based.

In the image below, we have iterated the region column while scheduling the writeback.

Fixes

  1. A new environment variable is configured to enhance communication between workers and containers, enabling a smoother, faster flow between APIs.

  2. Resolved an issue where converting native measures to Visual Columns caused duplicate log entries and missing values in the Writeback table.

  3. Fixed an issue where Writeback jobs were not picked up and remained stuck in the queue.

  4. Fixed an issue where searching by email address in the Person Input Measure did not return the user.
