Fix
The sign-in issues encountered by on-premises customers during upgrades from versions 4.6.0.0 –4.6.5.0 to 4.6.8.0 or 4.6.9.0, including the “Visual AccessCode not found” error, have been resolved. Users can now sign in normally.
