The Pop-Up View provides a compact, space-saving visual that can expand into a full-screen pop-up on the Power BI canvas for enhanced interaction.

How to turn On Pop-Up Mode:

Navigate to the Format Pane in Power BI.

Locate the Pop-Up Mode option and Click On to enable it.
How to Use Pop-Up Mode:

In Pop-Up Mode, the visual appears minimized on the Power BI canvas, displaying only the following:
Search Bar: For quick searches.
Erase Icon: To clear filter selections.
Expand Icon: To open the Pop-Up view.

Click the Expand Icon to open the Pop-Up in full screen on Power BI canvas. The Pop-Up will display the categories set in the Category Field.

In the expanded Pop-Up, make the desired filter selections.

Click OK to apply the filters and close the Pop-Up.

Click Cancel to close the Pop-Up without applying any changes.

To view presets in pop-up preview, enable preset option which will show the configured presets in the Pop-Up preview.

By default, Pop-Up Mode is turned off, and related settings are disabled for editing.
Configuring Pop-Up Mode Settings:

Click on the Pop-Up Mode dropdown list in Format Visual.

Height and Width Options: Set the dimensions of the Pop-Up using the input boxes for height and width.

Center Alignment: Use the toggle button to center-align the Pop-Up on the canvas. When enabled, the Pop-Up will be automatically positioned in the center of the screen.

Slider & Preset: Disable the toggle button to hide the preset and slider on the canvas when Pop-Up mode is active. It is by default enabled and shown in the canvas.

Reset to Default: Click this to revert all Pop-Up mode settings to their original configuration.
