The Preset feature enables users to integrate conditional formatting into presets for quick and convenient access in the visual.
To add Conditional Formatting as presets, ensure a Conditional Formatting rule is created and the Preset Bar is enabled.
Click the plus (+) icon to open the Preset Selection pop-up.
Inside the pop-up, click the "+Add" icon to include a Conditional Formatting or Saved Filter as a preset.
This action adds the preset list (Conditional Formatting or Saved Filter, depending on what was created first) to be configured.
In the Preset List, to configure use the Type dropdown to select as Alert.
In the Name section, click the dropdown and choose the specific Conditional Formatting (e.g., Font, Icon, or Background) to assign it as the Preset name.
After configuring presets click "OK" to save the presets to the Preset Bar.
Select the Presets to filter the data accordingly.
